Returns Policy

If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.

Items shipped from GCWriting can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

IF THE ITEM IS OPENED OR USED THE ORDERS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF DAMAGED GOODS IN ORDER TO ISSUE A RETURN/REFUND.

ANY PACKAGE THAT IS REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, OR MARKED AS UNCLAIMED, IS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

 All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.
